About Me

Hi I’m Laura and I was diagnosed with ADHD in January 2024 at the age of 41. After feeling different and misunderstood my whole life, I am finally able to understand how my brain is different and have more self-compassion around the things I struggle with.  As someone who is late diagnosed I can empathise with the rollercoaster of associated emotions.

As a Mum to 12 year old twins who struggled postnatally and didn’t understand why I found things so difficult, I have a particular interest in supporting women in the perinatal period and with the ongoing challenges of motherhood and juggling life. I also identify as autistic and have a chronic pain condition so am particularly sensitive to the challenges of those with co-occurring conditions.

I have worked within a specialist NHS mental health community team for the last three years and have a passion for working collaboratively to support people on their individual journeys. I am a fully insured ADHD coach and absolutely love coaching other neurodivergent individuals.
