Hi I’m Laura and I was diagnosed with ADHD in January 2024 and Autism in February 2025 at the ages of 41 and 42. After feeling different and misunderstood my whole life, I am finally able to understand how my brain is different and have more self-compassion around the things I struggle with. As someone who is late diagnosed I can empathise with the rollercoaster of associated emotions.
As a Mum to 13 year old twins who struggled postnatally and didn’t understand why I found things so difficult, I have a particular interest in supporting women in the perinatal period and with the ongoing challenges of motherhood and juggling life. I also have a chronic pain condition (endometriosis) and am hyper mobile so am particularly sensitive to the challenges of those with co-occurring conditions.
I have worked within a specialist NHS mental health community team for the last three years and have a passion for working collaboratively to support people on their individual journeys. Because of this I have a lot of experience working with neurodivergent mums, especially around overwhelm, self esteem and social strugglers. I am a fully insured ADHD coach and absolutely love coaching other neurodivergent individuals.
