It’s not that you’re coping worse, it’s that you’ve been masking longer than you realise
Washing half-folded, dishes left in the sink, two calendars with reminder alarms set for multiple things I simply couldn’t forget and a quiet voice telling me I should be able to manage this better. I used to berate myself for never finishing just one thing.
If that’s you too — you want to feel like yourself again. Clear-headed. Confident. Able to trust your own brain, and get through an ordinary day without the constant low hum of overwhelm.
But everything you’ve tried has left you with a diagnosis that only explained half the picture, and advice that assumes you just need more discipline.
You’re ready for a way that actually works, for your brain, not against it. That’s where I come in.
As a busy mum going through perimenopause, I know what it’s like to feel your coping strategies slip away right when everything else gets harder — and how much it helps to finally be understood by someone who’s lived it, not just studied it. Coaching with me offers a supportive and structured space to help you gain clarity, develop self-compassion, and develop strategies tailored to your unique needs.
Individuals with ADHD and co-occurring conditions such as Autism need coaching tailored to their unique challenges.
You can thrive with personalised one-on-one support from someone who not only understands neurodivergence but also has her own lived experience and deep insight into how the neurodivergent brain works.
Why is ADHD & Autism Coaching special?
Traditional coaching methods often fall short for neurodivergent individuals who experience challenges with executive functioning. This is why a personalised, strengths-based and compassion focused approach is essential—one that works with the unique ways your brain functions, rather than against them, to help you achieve meaningful progress. An Official AuDHD Intersectional Scientific Practitioner

Having completed the specialised training with Dr Samantha Hiew and as a late-diagnosed AuDHDer myself, I understand the complexity of an AuDHD brain. The push and pull meaning that we can look like we have a split personality.
My practice is intersectional, trauma-informed and led by lived-experience. Many of us late-diagnosed individuals have navigated misdiagnosis, societal and cultural expectations, trauma, masking and internalised shame and this can be difficult to unpick so let’s work together to help you uncover your authentic self.

What clients are saying:
Thank you for supporting me – the opportunity to reflect and gentle accountability is helping me to feel more self aware, organised and like I have more self compassion.
My sessions with Laura have been a joy to have. I wasn’t sure what to expect and was worried it would be CBT (which I’ve never gotten on with!), but I found her to be kind, considerate and she was able to encourage me to make small changes to my day-to-day life. I also learned a lot about neurodivergence, and it felt comforting to speak to someone with lived experience.
Working with Laura was great because as ADHDers and also carrying the load of later in life diagnosed women, she made the session feel so validating and I felt supported and heard. I highly recommend Laura if you’re looking for someone who understands your journey and knows the skills to help you flourish.
